I currently have my own practice and will be interviewing with a small pi firm. My practice is criminal defense, small claims, with some pi work.

This firm is not looking for me to bring in business but merely just work and not settle cases to fight for the clients.

However it appears they want to know how much money I brought in and the value of the pi cases that I handled.

How much money I made is personal information, do I inflate my numbers during the interview?

Also, only 25 percent of my practice is personal injury, though I am confident in my litigation skills.

You should be proud of the work you have done - don't conceal it. Lawyers are not magicians. If you had some bad facts that led to weaker recoveries, you can explain that. More likely than not, they are interested in your skills and experience. A dollar figure can help track that, but correlation is not causation.
