We own a 10 acre tract that is bordered by (2) Roads .One Road is a County Road and the other a State Road.
When we Purchased this Property there were (2) Driveways both fronting the County Rd. and have been in existence for 60 years
We received a State Driveway,so to have access unto the State rd.
Can the County terminate the County driveways?
Thank You

Depends on how much cash you have on hand, and if the county supervisor will accept campaign donations in unmarked bills.

Check with a lawyer, but once a driveway is present, it's normally part of the property. Want to move it or put in another, you need approval.

I've not heard of a county or state revoking road access for a driveway without a darn good reason (e.g., changing the nature of the road so driveways won't work with it).
