Anyone familiar with this firm, especially as far as what the billable hours requirements are or the work environment? Thanks.

We lifted an associate from them many years ago and I've had cases with them over the years. They are a run-of-the-mill ID firm. The pay is probably a hair lower (at most) than average ID firms. The associate we took from them had spent a bunch of years there. He seemed to have average ID training - could work up a standard case. He lacked any creativity, but creativity is not considered an asset at an ID firm (and in my office that is only partially ID work and has some high end ID as well - this wasn't an asset for him).

If you're looking for good basic ID litigation training WCM is not a bad spot. They seem to not have a ton of turnover and I haven't heard anything terrible about working there. If you're in a small [email protected]$! Law or a really bad ID mill; this could be a nice out.
