I always did a weekly review of everyone's files when I worked in private practice for 40 cases. I would bill each one 0.2 billable hour. Our minimal billing was 0.2 so it was justified. I would do half on Wednesday's and half on Friday's...8 hours total. It took me like 45 minutes. I would then use time on JDU, Facebook, eating a turkey sandwich etc. I couldn't bill anyone else for that time (it would be an ethical violation). But I could eat a sandwich.

One of my partners does this monthly. It's in our fee agreement but I don't have the heart to charge clients for my litigation review.

I Poast a lot at work. Sometimes I also use JDU as a test site any time I want to see if the network is down (since it’s just text it’ll load really quickly if the network isn’t dead).
