•Once per year for a Prep Week with orientation plus preliminary coursework
•Once per semester for a Weekend Workshop developing emerging workplace skills

It appears that the vermont law school has you earning a lot of credits from an internship. I'm not going scoff at that. Is an online class that different than an in person class?

I don't see people getting jobs from either school, so if it saves them money, why not?

thing is, there are paralegals who want to be lawyers but don't live near a law school offering a part-time program. Likewise certain professionals who might want to expand into minor legal work (realtor wanting to do closings, financial planner wanting to do simple wills, etc.)

So there are people who can legitimately use it. If it truly is like an EMBA, sure, why not? But if it's an alternative for people who are lazy/incompetent, then, no.
Of course, an EMBA has a significant work-experience requirement. Anyone seen if these "executive JD" programs do likewise?
