Sounds like those pro se motions to dismiss might work, sounds pretty frivolous. NAACP vs Claiborne Hardware of all cases probably kills the plaintiff’s claims.

I don't believe one damn thing Richard Spencer says. He's an attention seeking brat, and all this is just another stunt.

Even a White nationalist can find a good attorney. It's the very nature of the legal profession to represent clients one finds deplorable.

Hell, if murderers and rapists can find attorneys, I'm sure he can.

He probably doesn't want to pay them.

Haha LOL. Do you really believe that? No, modern American lawyers want to represent clients the hoi polloi find deplorable, but the enlightened people find "interesting," and for representing whom there is huge social, political, and career payoff, if not an actual financial one...

Represent someone who is ACTUALLY hated by all your liberal friends and who can't throw money at you, and who serepresentation might cost you other clients? LOL never happen...

Are you kidding? I personally know plenty of attorneys who would take the case, assuming he could actually pay. It'd be a cash cow, not only from him but every single time there is an issue for white supremacists, either criminal or civil, they'd come calling. Then whenever the next hate group makes it to the media, who are they going to look towards to defend their civil rights? The same attorney who took this case. You'd be shocked at how little blowback attorneys get for taking cases like this. That is until they make the story about themselves and not their clients.

Maybe my views are just warped because I represent sex offenders and murders on a daily basis, but I would have next to zero hesitation taking the case.

I'm pretty sure he'd be able to find an attorney.

Hell, if he's being prosecuted merely for his beliefs (w/o any actual evidence linking him to the violence), I'm sure an ACLU attorney would step forward to represent him.

Of course, they still need to be paid.

"LOL never happen..."
Wolfman, you would know based on all your years practicing law, right?
Has the bar rejected your application yet?
What happened to your non-lawyer ICE application? ICE wasn't interested in a Debbie-downer know-it-all? Big surprise there.

I know based on being able to read, for which no bar admission is needed

haven't applied for admission yet, need to jump through a bunch of hoops first like the MPRE... I "passed" the UBE on the first try, in case you weren't paying attention

so far my record with USA jobs is four referrals to selecting officer and one actual interview (still waiting for results) which isn't too shabby... so are you saying you'd volunteer to represent Spencer?

If Spencer really can't find get a lawyer, I would volunteer, because even he deserves good representation. The adversarial legal system, in which my livelihood depends, is based on all sides having good representation. Of course, you don't recognize this because you are not a lawyer. You just like to criticize a club that won't have you. Good luck with C&F.
