Its a clickbait article for sure. 63 slides? Most of the surveyed jobs have a “0.9%” unemployment rate. No data to back any of it up.

In corporations, lawyers are the first to go in any merger or reorganization. We are a cost center.

If you are handling injury claims or past due debts for $55,000? You probably do have job security as you know all there is to know and will never earn any more than the firm salary cap.

Bigger firms that don’t really cap pay are known to have Very low job security. Once you fit into the grid of being highly paid with no book of business, you are asked politely to leave the firm as soon as you can.
