Three client calls on a Friday afternoon. This is unacceptable. I usually try keep my Friday afternoons free for real work so I can go into the weekend with a relatively clear head. This week, not so much. This consultant is making my teeth hurt. Carry on.

Lol I tell them to get lost.

I had a client show up the day before his appointment and I sent him home. He came back the next day but about an hour before his appointment and I made him wait about 40 minutes before I saw him.

Just today I had a client call me 3 times around 2 (I was still out to lunch) to let me know he was in the area and wanted to drop by around 3 to talk to me about his mom's adjustment. I called him back and told him I'd call him Monday or Tuesday to give him an appointment.

Set the right precedent early and stick to it. Clients can't walk-in and expect to see me or another attorney.

With that said, I will see some clients without appointments if I actually like them or if it's an actual emergency.
