Does anyone have a quality intro letter they send to clients that covers the following subjects: ATROs, fiduciary duties, the need to finish disclosures timely, how to behave at hearings (i.e. don't visibly sigh or roll your eyes, and don't pester me), and other intro-related topics that I am missing? I was thinking of drafting one, but it would probably save me some time if other people had one already drafted.

I would also appreciate any input into other topics the letter should mention. Billing stuff is already covered in the retainer.

Not in CA but FWIW, back when I did this stuff I noticed that the self-help center forms contained guides called things like "representing yourself in court" which had some very helpful language. After all, pro pers have even more need of these kinds of admonitions than your clients would since they are on their own.
