Why would alumni support help bar passage rates? That shill of a school was just letting in too many unqualified, low IQ people and saddling them with crippling debt. I'm surprised that even UNC's passage rate fell to only 46%. They must be dropping their admissions standards too.

Zero point zero.

Their law school closing couldn’t have helped, but honestly what support does law school give you once you graduate?

"These capable people, who have persevered through all that has been thrown at them, are considering new careers.”

Even if they passed, they would have needed to find new careers.

They’re far better off in a different career.

This is a blessing in disguise for them.

In fact this reminds me of someone I knew who was academically dismissed from law school. She ended up getting into real estate sales and now the mortgage business. Financially she is far better off than most law grads. I also know someone from college who couldn’t get into law school because of low LSAT scores. She ended up becoming a PA and is now far more succcesful than most attorneys. (This was about 13 years ago.....before PA/NP programs became a super hot commodity)

*wow only 8 of 73 passed ? That must be some sort of record !

"But he said many of the test-takers did not have a law school or law library available to help them properly prepare."

Fantastic deflecting. "Don't blame us, everyone would have passed if the school hadn't been shut down and they had a law library to study in." I take this to mean that Charlotte grads are apparently incapable of absorbing information while studying at home or in a coffee shop.

This has to be a record for an accredited school, right? The ABA sure did a great job.

School barely made it a decade but I am certain private equity made its money. Thanks US taxpayer.

Corporate socialism dictates that if private sector has no profit left, the taxpayer must pay profits in order to ensure that capitalism continues to exist for the benefit of capital class!
