I have a really easy, boring, state government job. Low pay for low stress. I am considering trying my hand at a side practice of wills/POAs, keeping overhead super low. Is it reasonable to think that I could meet with clients on nights/weekends?

That's a good question. I believe my agency allows other employment, so long as I declare it and the practice area does not overlap with my ageny work. I think the real problem (in addition to competency and finding clients) would be avoiding the temptation to do some side work during the weekday, which will definitely get me fired.
