I failed PA BAR twice, I need advice should I take UBE from renall08/04/18

I failed PA BAR twice, I need advice should I take UBE from NY or NJ? I can move to NY or NJ from PA.
I need just pass any state BAR or UBE.

If you failed miserably both times, there's a pretty good chance you'll fail the UBE as well. If you came close both times, there's a pretty good chance you'll pass if you keep trying. I'd stick with PA, so you don't need to unlearn the PA-specific stuff

I agree w/ db. I coach and teach bar prep. If your writing is halfway decent, it's usually the MBE that dooms folks. They have began testing some of the most granular concepts I've ever seen. In addition to the rules, you have to master the exceptions and the exceptions to the exceptions. IMO, it is not the same MBE that I took and passed in 2014.

odd, I found that many people fail because of the writing - because of the conventional wisdom that the MBE is more important, people focus all their effort on the MBE and not enough on the written portions
