Do I have to register to use the site?
You do not need to register to read or post messages on this site.

Why should I register?
There are several advantages to registering:

You can edit your posts
When you create a thread, you can delete other people's posts in your thread. This is to prevent people from hijacking your thread or to prevent spam.
You can maintain a personna on this site. This way people know who you are, and no body can impersonate you.
Coming soon - Ability to create a list of your favorite threads

How do I create a clickable URL link in my post?
To create a clickable URL link, begin the URL with http:// and end it with a space. e.g. http://www.cnn.com . Don't put a period or some other character after the URL as that will become part of the URL. Yes I know that is F'ed up but I couldnt figure out how to do it right.

I said something in a post that I now regret. Can you delete it for me?
This is why I encourage you to register. This way you can edit your own posts. But sure, I can delete it for you. Please note that I will not edit your post. I can either leave it as is or delete it completely. Please email me a URL link to the thread and tell me exactly which post in that thread you want me to delete. Thanks.

Can I include images in my post? Can I upload images to the site?
No. There are many services that offer free image hosting like hidebehind. You can upload your image there and link to it from this site.

How do I bold, underline, italicize my posts?
You can use HTML tags to do this. I dont guarantee the functionality but it generally works fine.

For bold text, put it between ...
For italic text, put it between ...
For underlined text, put it between ...

I am attempting to post a message that has lots of URL links in it. Why am I unable to do it?
You cannot post messages that has more than 5 URL links in it. This is to prevent spamming of the board.

How do I search for posts?
Type the text into the search box provided and press enter. The site only searches the subject line of the first post of all threads. For a more detailed search, you might want to use Google.

I have been defamed on your website. What do I do?
Please report the defamation immediately. Email me at barxam@gmail.com and tell me about it. Please include a URL link to the thread where you are being defamed. Also point out the exact language that is defamatory and why you feel it is defamatory. Thanks.

Do you log IP Addresses?
Yes I do.

For how long do you maintain IP logs?
I dont have a fixed policy on this. I delete the logs whenever I feel like it. It can be every week, every month, or whenever.

Do you censor posts?
I will not edit other people's posts. I do, however, reserve the right to delete posts entirely and/or block the poster. Here is a non-exhaustive list of situations when I will delete posts:

When someone complains that the post is defamatory.
When a poster is being very rude or obnoxious to other posters.
When a poster engages in actions that would reduce traffic to this site.
When a poster requests that I delete their post

I have been blocked from accessing the website. Why?
Please email me at barxam@gmail.com and we can figure out what happened. Please include your IP Address in the email.

Can I advertise on this site?
You can advertise in two ways:

You can create posts advertising your services or goods. This is free. But be careful to not overdo it. Then it becomes spam and that aint cool. One disadvantage of advertising like this is you make yourself open to criticism. This is an anonymous board and people can come and say what they like.
You can pay for banner advertising. I presently can not process this request. Sorry. But check back later.
