In another case, an arbitrator ruled that firings under the Accountability Act violated the contract with the union, and VA had to re-hire employees who were terminated under the Act. I wonder if these people are actually back at work?

It will be interesting to see what the federal court finds in this case.

++++++++++++++++++++++++

I wonder how many of them WANT to return to the VA??? From what I hear, it is utterly THE WORST PLACE ON PLANET EARTH to work. I have heard horror stories about exhausted people sitting in their little cubicles, weeping. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8NPzLBSBzPI.

Or perhaps I am just thinking of the Trump WH, not the VA...??:).

I think they do want to return to work at VA.
Otherwise, they would not have fought their terminations in arbitration.
