So -- some asked me to provide feedback after a month. Here is where I stand after a month on the job. For the most part, my direct boss (the office manager) hardly ever speaks to me (for good or ill). When she does speak to me, she is fairly accommodating of whatever need I have, but I do notice she never asks me how I am doing (as opposed to other employees in my same position). On the flip side, she is also does not micromanage me (if at all) while I have heard her make not very nice comments at times to other employees about anything ranging from their desk appearance or their clothes (there is a dress code here). She is extremely blunt and doesn't care if you don't like what she says or how she says it. But again, I have managed to avoid anything negative from her so far. I pretty much do what I want without being micromanaged or asked too many questions.

She took a very long time to give me an actual username and credentials, while two new employees who were hired yesterday got everything done the same day. This may have to do with the fact that I started out (and still am in fact) as a substitute for someone elseā€¦it is only recently that I found out this job may in fact go on longer than I expected.

My relation with other employees are OK. Nothing too friendly, nothing too nasty. Everybody is very intense in this place and the workforce is mostly young (oldest person in my section is upper 30s).

All in all, I am enjoying what I do because it doesn't require too much for the money paid (a fairly good salary if you are single and not high maintenance you can do very well with the paid wage...I chose to get paid hourly because then you can also bill OT). Health Insurance is good and includes dental and vision.

He was asked to post his resume a few weeks ago because, as he put it, it is pages long and really awesome.

We have yet to see anything.

Oh I'm sorry. I missed that part. I am going to post it but I need to obviously omit the names of the companies where I've worked for privacy reasons.
