Being 6`9`` has many advantages, but one of them is not Knee stability haha. Going under the knife again this Spring. My knee has been killing me this Winter, it's insane. One perk of living in a desert though - little if any rain/moisture. Any of my 6`6+ bros feel my pain(therewillbeblood? GIGS?)? Any recommendations w/r/t Surgeons? I have had great surgeries from unknown surgeons, and botched surgeries from Top Surgeon's, and everything in between.

I have not had significant knee issues though as I get older I notice a kind of low-intensity pain most days in the morning, before my joints warm up.

I prefer to go to surgeons who work on the local sports team and have done the surgery multiple times.

That's good advice; always go with the docs who deal with an issue constantly. That's why some of the best gunshot trauma surgeons in the world are from Iraq...

Jacked-up my knee super bad last spring playing around in the yard with the kids. I didn’t want to pay the inevitable medical bills, so I decided to “walk it off.”

Now I get intensive jabs of pain during any kind of unusual exertion. And I’ll probably have this until I take my dirt nap. The lesson here is to go to the frigging doctor.

Is is a soft tissue injury like a meniscal tear or a ligament tear, or is is OA or RA? Have you tried PT or an injection?

Dr Stone is doing good work in California using articular cartilage paste grafting. Active implants has a polyurethane interpositional arthroplasty device in trials now.

I would be very reluctant to get knee replacement surgery, but if you are a candidate for a uni, get one done with robotic assistance. The Mako robot and the Navio robot are two examples of robotically assisted partial and TKA. In my opinion, implant manufacturer is less important than the doctor’s experience, but the precision of robotics helps.

The Cartilage is worn. No arthritis to speak of atm. Physical therapy? Perhaps I can contact mrsbigwags haha.
Not to sound anti-semitic btw but WHICH Dr. Stone? I am very interested in contacting this Physician but want to make sure I have the right one. Thanks for your help btw. Are you 6`6``+? The Doctors say that my condition is indigenous to those who are 6`6``+.

I am not 6’6”, merely a lowly 6’2”. I can’t run anymore though. My knees swell and ache too much. I need to lose weight.

Bigsal does seizures and strokes in homeless meth heads or undocumented old ass Asians ONLY

In all seriousness there are only two procedures that I can do. One is the lumbar puncture and the second is botox
